 Utilize this transitional, state-of-the-art theater for presentations and performances or transform the space to accommodate dinner and dancing.

Availability: Year-round, five hours private use from 6:00-11:00pm
Rental fee: $1,500 as is, $2,500 as a reception space with tables
Add the theater as is to any other rental package for an additional $500 or transitioned into a banquet space for an additional $1,000
Sky Deck Rooftop
 Nestled in the treetops of West Park, this intimate outdoor space showcases views of the city.
Maximum number of guests: Theater seating or cocktail reception for 50 guests
Availability: Year-round pending weather, two-hours private use between the hours of 5:30-9:00pm
Rental fee: $800

Learning Center Classroom
 Located in the heart of the Aviary, the classroom can serve as a formal meeting room or social gathering space.
Maximum number of guests: 80 theater-style, 65 seated
Availability: Year-round, 2 hours use from 9am-4pm and as an evening rental add-on
Rental fee: General admission group rate at $10 per person plus a room rental fee of $100 per hour; Evening: $300 add on to any other rental package.
