Meet Our Flock

Welcome to the Adopt-A-Bird Program!

We’ve made some changes and updated our program to better suit our generous supporters. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Adopt-A-Bird Coordinator, at 412-258-9435. Adopt-A-Bird is an easy way to support the National Aviary, and makes a great gift for the bird-lover in your life!

The Program: With every basic package, you receive a beautiful photo of your bird, personalized “adoption” certificate, and a detailed fact sheet about the bird you have chosen. At every increasing level, new benefits have been added to enhance your adoption experience.

The Birds: Any bird in our collection, on-exhibit, off-exhibit, education, or hospital is available for “adoption”! For a comprehensive list of our birds with photos, visit the Our Birds section of our website. Search our site for some of our most popular (and photogenic!) birds, or visit the Aviary to find the perfect match for your “adoption”.
