Registration Details

1. Choose your program. Please allow ample time – all programs must be reserved at least three weeks prior to the program date.
    
   
2. Select several date and time options in case the date that you prefer is unavailable. Times for in-house programs are as follows: 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
    
   
3. Contact the education scheduler at 412.258.9739, or via email.
    
   
4. All reservations require $150.00 non-refundable deposit due 7 days prior to the program date. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or check made payable to the National Aviary.
    
   Final Payment is required upon arrival at the National Aviary the day of your program. Groups will only be charged for the number of people attending the program on the day of your reservation. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or check made payable to the National Aviary.
    
   No refunds will be given
    
   
5. Upon receipt of your confirmation letter, please sign both copies and return a signed copy to the National Aviary.
    
   

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule your visit, please contact us as early as possible and at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of an official school delay or closing, your deposit can be applied toward another program scheduled on a mutually agreed upon date. No refunds will be given. Please call the Program Reservationist at 412-258-9439 to cancel or reschedule classes.

Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your program. If your group is running late, call National Aviary at 412-323-7235 then dial 0 to reach the front desk. Due to the busy education agenda at the National Aviary, classes must remain on schedule. The National Aviary cannot guarantee that you will receive your full program if your group is late. No refunds will be given.
